Michal Nizler

Michal since joining our Club has quickly become a popular member amongst our membership becoming a regular face at our weekly Speed & Thursday night Club training sessions. His keenness to train is matched by his competitive running, attending races up & down the country & abroad wearing our Club vest at his favoured distances of 10k & Half Marathon. Personal Bests are seemingly changing at every race Michal enters with clearly much more running to come as the year progresses. As well as his running ability Michal bakes a delightful cake which I & fellow Club members alike have enjoyed on many occasions at post training sessions.
